My name is Jessica though I answer to various other nicknames, depending on who you are. ;)

I relocated to the Midwest in 2009 for multiple reasons - shitty Los Angeles economy being one of them, shitty Los Angeles people being another. I am now happy as hell smackdab in the middle of a galaxy of cornfields, living with the boyfriend that *gasp* I met on the internetz, much to the shock and dismay of my family. We also have a puppy, a purebred Shiba Inu named Tasslehoff Burrfoot, who I love to bits and pieces.

I am, as mentioned above, a gamerlady. I play Warcraft where I lead a casual raid guild with a bunch of amazing and wonderful friends; I play Magic: The Gathering online because it reminds me of the days I used to spend with a fuckton of MtG cards spread over the high school band room floor. I've tried other games, but I hate moving with WASD because it makes my hand cramp, so I really haven't found much out there that I like. I rp, mainly over messengers - related, I like to write wicked smutty fiction, which I will occasionally f-lock post.

I'm bi, which delights my boyfriend to no end, because we share naughty girlie pictures together, and a submissive, which my boyfriend is gradually learning how to be a dom for, much to my heart's (and body's!) joy. I do talk about these things in my journal occasionally, those posts are f-locked.

Oh, what else... I like zombie movies, vampire & werewolf books and creepy stuff; I'm also a tarot reader and happy to pull cards for peeps. I believe in reincarnation because it's the most comforting 'what comes after' thing, but I'm pretty much a mixed bag spiritualist who believes in all sorts of supernatural shit. Frankly, most of it scares the crap out of me, but I love it all the same.

I love costumes, especially historic ones. I've made a few myself, but I'm nothing near skilled enough to sell them, so they just hang out in my closet. I'd like make my own clothes, but that means getting off my butt and going to the fabric store, heh. I used to be active in the SCA, which is what they were made for, but I really haven't been active since I left Los Angeles. It's a shame, I'm a pretty good shot with a longbow and I miss archery terribly.
